A true story about a young boy named Nicky Zooks and how he came up with an idea to be the first person to help restaurants at the start of the pandemic in February, 2020. You will read how Nicky helped the local restaurants, and how he brought people together during those difficult times.

When the Covid-19 Pandemic started in January of 2020, I knew the restaurants were going to be in trouble, that is when I set out to make video food reviews to help them. Talk about a snowball effect! My videos did so well that the restaurants were seeing more, and more new customers and the amount of support from the townspeople who came out was incredible.
I have been featured on multiple news channels, many newspaper articles, radio stations and also received a number of awards.
Then it happened…the First Selectman and State Representative of my town awarded me with a Proclamation on behalf of the townspeople and business owners. It states, “through Nicky’s videos, Nicky found a way to help businesses in his town thrive during these tough times.” They also appointed me as “Bethel’s Honorary Ambassador of Food.”
After a life changing encounter with a restaurant owner, I am making it my life’s mission to become the best restaurant advocate this world has ever seen. So please follow me on my journey… because it’s going to be an incredible ride!!!!
